Terms of Service

Shin Bet Solutions provides web design, web development, website redesigns, logo design, brand identity kits, and search engine optimization (SEO) services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant changes that may affect ongoing projects.

Each project begins with a consultation to understand your goals and requirements. Upon agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing, we will provide a formal proposal. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed-upon deposit.

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content (text, images, logos), and access credentials as needed. Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.

We include a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Late payments may be subject to a late fee as outlined in your project agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on projects with outstanding balances.

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables including custom designs, graphics, and content created specifically for your project. This transfer of ownership applies only to the final approved work product.

We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective license terms.

We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, code libraries, or methodologies used in the creation of your project that were developed independently of your engagement.

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our work, including but not limited to search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shin Bet Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate a project, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are violated, payments are significantly overdue, or if continuing would be impractical due to circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
